What we cherish most is the quiet, friendly neighborhood. With no public sidewalk, there’s less shoveling in winter—a small but wonderful perk! Green spaces, playgrounds, and a school are all within walking distance, and the community often comes together for fun events that make the area feel truly connected. Everyday conveniences are close by too, with quick access to shops, services, International Avenue, and major routes that make for minimal commute times to be able to reach any area of the city.

This was our very first home, where we grew our beautiful family. It’s been filled with love, laughter, and countless memories. While we’re excited to move into our forever home, we’ll truly miss the cozy spaces, welcoming neighbours, and those summer evenings spent outdoors.

Over the years, we’ve put care into thoughtful upgrades to make the home as functional and beautiful as possible.
