—this special place we’ve been so lucky to call home.

From day one, we knew we had found something unique here. This home has been the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and community. We’ve truly enjoyed every moment—from sunny evenings grilling on the balcony, to spontaneous walks (or scooter rides!) over to the grocery store, and patio dinners at The Park, our favourite spot during the summer months. And if you haven’t been to YYC Pasta Bar yet, prepare to be amazed—it’s our go-to for the best pasta in the city!

Being in a brand-new townhome has been such a gift. We’ve taken pride in keeping it feeling just like new, while also making it feel like home. One of the unexpected joys has been the community garden—we’ve loved adding to it and seeing our neighbours do the same. There’s something special about living in a place where people wave hello and stop for a quick chat.

The location truly can’t be beat. With Deerfoot and Glenmore just minutes away, our commutes have been quick and easy, which gave us more time to enjoy everything else we love about this home and area.

While it’s bittersweet to be moving on, we’re doing so for an exciting reason—a new business adventure that’s calling us to Northern Alberta. We’re incredibly grateful for our time here, and as we pack up our memories, we can’t help but hope that the next owners will enjoy this home as much as we have.
